Keltia is a young Belgian musician and composer. Harpist (Celtic harp, electric harp) and singer, she creates a style of her own, mixing pop-folk, progressive, dark and baroque music with celtic and eastern sonorities. Her music is a mystical travel book leading to her own fantasy world.
Keltia's music is inspired by ancient mythologies (mostly Celtic, Nordic and Greek myths), folk and gothic music. Describing her music with words is very difficult.
Her project began in 2002 when Keltia, the leader of the group, started to perform alone with her harp in Belgian festival and concert places. In 2004, she decided to seek for musicians to play with her and help her developing her music. After some tests, musicians joined her. By adding guitars, viola, percussion, didgeridoo to the music, they have created a very original and personal style.
